Because all of our products are made to order all sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item you can email us on the contact page with your order number, name and details. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent. Note: There is a five day window upon receipt of item to contact us about defects or wrong items.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Please allow up to 5-8 business days for your order to be printed and processed. It may take another 5 days for your order to arrive. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We proudly ship to the USA, Ireland, Canada, UK and Australia. Items ship from the USA, so please allow time for delivery. 

TRACKING
At times the shipping company will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Once your order has been shipped we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the shipping company directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the postal carrier with any questions and concerns you may have.
